Pelarivo Terms of Use
Terms governing access to and use of the Pelarivo public beta and its spreadsheet and SQL tools.

Public-beta service
Pelarivo provides spreadsheet comparison, cleanup, consolidation, business analysis and read-only SQL preparation tools. Features, limits and availability may change while the product is in beta. Free access does not create a promise of permanent availability.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account and devices, and notify Pelarivo through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your files and lawful use
You retain responsibility for files and data you submit. Use Pelarivo only with data you are authorized to process. Do not upload unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; bypass limits; disrupt the service; or use generated SQL without review and appropriate database authorization.
Outputs and business decisions
Pelarivo provides deterministic calculations and reviewable evidence within documented limits, but outputs can still be affected by incomplete, ambiguous or incorrect input data and mappings. Review results before financial, operational, legal, tax or other consequential decisions. Pelarivo does not provide professional advice.
Availability and changes
The beta is provided on an as-available basis without a service-level guarantee. Pelarivo may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue functionality and may restrict abusive or unsafe use. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve user work, but you should keep independent copies of important source data and exports.
Privacy, ownership and contact
The Privacy Policy explains data handling and is part of these terms. Pelarivo and its interface remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules; these terms do not transfer ownership. Questions or requests can be sent through the Contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Are source files modified?
No. Analysis is read-only and every transformation creates a separate output.
Which files are supported?
CSV, XLSX, XLSM, JSON and XML are supported with explicit limits. Excel uploads are limited to 25 MB per file.
